If you meet the pre-screening requirements, you may qualify for our treatment program.

Pre-screening eligibility requirements

• You are 18 years of age or older
• Opiates are your primary drug
• You have been addicted to opiates for at least 12 consecutive months

• Currently pregnant
• Recently released from prison or incarceration and feel a risk for relapse
• Previously treated patients up to 2 years after discharge
• Previously treated patients that are at risk for relapse
• Recently released from a chronic care facility and are at risk for relapse
